We design and build bespoke future units, traditional leaded lights, clear glass and film units, all with or without beveled / speciality glass incorporated into the design. We stock glass in a range of colours and textures, painted glass, mirrors, and offer repairs on all of the above. What's the process?

Get the ball rolling by requesting a free online quote You can also contact us to arrange a visit to your home (latter charged based on location)

For all leaded light & future unit services, we require 50% deposit with booking and final balance due upon arrangement. For all glass cutting, speciality glass and repair services, we ask for full payment up front

Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send someone out to visit your property - take measurements, collect salvage and if necessary, install temporary glaze. At this point, customers have the opportunity to provide us with ideas and/or preferences for their bespoke design/s

Following site visit based on clients' specifications, we design artwork which is then presented for them to for them to view and approve

At this stage, customers are offered appointments to come in to view, discuss and choose what materials to use in their bespoke design/s. We offer a large range of glass options to choose from and whilst decisions can also be made via phone and email, often seeing the glass in person simplifies and speeds up the process. Everything is made to customers specifications

Once a design is approved it goes down to the factory for manufacture, and customers are contacted when the work is ready to collect. Wait times vary depending on peak seasons and stock availabilty. We offer an installation service including rout out if needed (enlarging or rebates)

What's the process?

Need repairs on glass fittings in your home or business premises? We can install new glass for windows, doors, conservatories and more, as well as restoring old, faded or damaged leaded lights to their original / intended state of beauty

Get the ball rolling by requesting a free online quote

Place your booking online or over the phone. For repairs & speciality glass (e.g. toughened / tempered) full payment is required with booking

For repairs, we can usually expect to book customers in within a week or two. Someone will be sent out with the replacement glass and all materials and equipment required to repair the glass on site (all included in the initial cost). Alternatively, customers may bring damaged units into  repairs into the factory which is cheaper and quicker
